First, we own all of the gear and we don’t sub-contract out. That means we have a lot more control over the quality of the work being produced. Second, we invest a significant amount of time and money training our event staff to deliver high-end events every single time. Finally, we’re a multi-service company meaning that we can usually provide a better deal than if you were to hire multiple vendors (we’re coming down in the same truck with the same staff which reduces our costs).

We typically require a 50% retainer and the balance is due the week prior to the event. However, we do work with clients individually on custom payment terms depending on the services being provided and the amount of volume in business that we do with that client.

You can cancel for free up until 90 days prior to your event. If there any direct costs that SDA has incurred such as purchasing décor, retaining live acts, etc you would be liable for that amount. Otherwise if you cancel within 90 days SDA Events reserves the right to retain your deposit. However, we always do our best to work with our clients to either reschedule, transfer the deposit to another event, or refund you as much as we can without losing money.

Yes, we typically charge a delivery fee to cover the cost of transporting the gear to your event. Depending on how many events we produce with you each year we may waive the delivery fee.

Yes, we carry a $2 million general liability policy. If you or your venue need to be listed as additionally insured we can do that at no charge. For a copy of our insurance just give us a call.

Yes, we accept credit cards but we do charge a 4% bookkeeping fee if you decide to pay that way. However, we do accept online ACH payments at no charge. Otherwise you can pay by check or cash.

Most of our packages are based on a 4 hour event duration. however, we can customize the hours based on your needs.

No, we do not charge extra for setup and breakdown. We arrive early to get everything set up and we don’t break down until your event is over (or until the time specified on our contract). If you or your venue has setup and breakdown constraints (i.e. – we have to be broken down in 30 minutes because there is another event going on) just let us know before you sign the contract.

We do not have any blackout dates and we rarely sell out. We will always try to accommodate your event even if you’re only booking a few days before. However, we recommend booking 2-3 months before your event so that we have time to get the details coordinated with you.

Yes, we can put you in touch with your DJ, MC, or event lead if you’d like to speak with them. However, our office handles all of the details for events and we encourage you to speak with our office staff first so that we have all of the details in one place.

DJs & MCs

If you want to add some music as another form of entertainment during your casino party you can check out all of our DJ packages. We have a variety of options to choose from to fit in your budget. All of our DJs are open-format meaning they can play any type of music, read your crowd, and get everyone on the dance floor.

Giant 65" TVs

We can add giant flat screen 65" TVs. You can put up sponsor logos, a slideshow, video, or any other type of media you want. We can also make you a high-end custom slideshow. We can also add on Zap Shots where we have a candid photographer take photos during the event and we'll put them up on the TVs throughout the party.

Spark Towers

Spark it up with our amazing cold fountain spark towers. They burn at 60 degrees so you don't need to worry about anything catching fire. There is no smoke or other residue created. Perfectly safe indoors and won't set off any alarms. It's so cold that you can put your hand right on top of it. These are great for introductions, first dances, or just for an extra "wow" factor.

CO2 Cannons

CO2 cannons are another cool effect you can add to your party. CO2 is completely safe, dissipates quickly, and won't set off smoke alarms. We can bring in up to 10 CO2 cannons for your event to set off during key moments. This comes with enough CO2 to do 20 seconds worth of bursts for each cannon (that is about 4-6 bursts throughout the course of a party).

Photobooth & Green Screen Photos

Add a photobooth to your party some extra fun and engagement with your guests. You get unlimited photos, your choice of backdrops, a full selection of props, and an attendant. Every guest gets a printed copy of their photo and we give you a digital copy of every photo taken. If there is WiFi at the venue that we can connect to guests can also text or e-mail themselves a copy of their photo straight from the booth. Also ask us about green screen photos to do photo fantasy or a virtual step and repeat!

Lighted Gobos & Monograms

Personalize your event with a lighted gobo of your monogram, company logo, or other graphics and text. You just send us the artwork and we get it produced for you. We bring a powerful spotlight to your event so that we can shine the graphic on the dance floor, ceiling, wall, or other location.
