How a Casino Party Works
Casino parties are a great way to entertain your guests, clients, or can be used to host a fundraiser. We have a full selection of high-quality tables and professional dealers. Here’s how it all works:
- As guests arrive, they get a “player’s card” worth $30-$50k. They can redeem that card for chips at any table.
- Guests can gamble for fun at a variety of tables for approximately 3 hours.
- Throughout the party we’ll play popular music, make announcements, run specials (ie – get a blackjack in the next 10 minutes and get an extra $5k chip), and keep guests engaged. Our dealers will also help guests learn the game and make it fun.
- We call “last hand” about 30-40 minutes before the end of your event.
- We then begin “cashing out” all guests where we count up their chips. We can either give raffle tickets (1 ticket per $10k in chips) or identify the higher money winner(s).
- Once everyone is cashed out we will help facilitate the raffle and/or prize give-away (if applicable).

Casino Party Games
Blackjack Tables
A casino party isn't a casino party without blackjack tables. In real casinos, blackjack is the most widely played game. Similaraly, blackjack tables are the most popular game at any casino party and you'll want enough of them to keep all of your guests entertained. Seven guests can play simultaneously at one table against the dealer.
Craps Table
Craps brings a lot of cheering and excitement to your party as guests roll the dice and try not to "crap out"! Craps can be an intimidating game for the beginner but your veteran gamblers will have a blast at the craps table at your casino party. Our dealers will help teach the beginners the ropes and make sure the more experienced player has a great time as well. The craps table can fit 15 players and is a must-have for any casino night party.
Roulette Table
Roulette is a game of pure chance but it is extremely popular. The object of roulette is to pick the winning number that will appear on the roulette wheel. As one of the most popular games at any casino party, you'll want at least one roulette table at your casino. Roulette can accommodate between 10 and 15 guests at a time. Our roulette table comes complete with a 42" screen that shows all the recent numbers that have hit - just like in the real casino!
Caribbean Stud Poker
Caribbean Stud poker is a casino table game with rules similar to five-card stud poker. However, unlike most poker games, Caribbean Stud is played against the house rather than against other players. As a result, your guests won't be able to bluff or deceive in this poker variant! Caribbean Stud can accommodate seven guests at a time.
Let It Ride Poker
Let It Ride is a slower card game which makes it great for older players and inexperienced gamblers. It is a variation of five-card stud poker and is very easy to learn. Each table can accommodate seven guests at your casino party.
Pai Gow Poker
The object of pai gow poker is to create a five card poker hand and a two card poker hand from seven cards that beat both of the dealer's hands. The five-card hand's rank must exceed that of the two-card hand. This poker variation is a lot of fun and very easy to teach to guests. Each table can accommodate 7 players.
Texas Holdem Poker
Texas Holdem' Poker is the most popular poker game in the world and many serious poker players will love this game at your party. Your guests will love competing against one another and you'll get to see who has the best poker face. Each player is dealt two cards, has five community cards, and needs to make the best five card hand. Texas Holdem' tables can accommodate eight players.
Money Wheel
The money wheel (also called the wheel of fortune) provides some real excitement at your casino party! Our dealer will spin the wheel and guests bet on what number it will land on. The higher the number the better the odds! The money wheel can accommodate ten guests at a time.
Flying Money Machine
The flying money machine is a booth that your guests go into where play money will be blowing around. They have a limited amount of time to grab as much "cash" as they can. It's not as easy as it looks! The flying money money machine can accommodate 25-30 guests per hour.

Casino Fundraising Ideas
We will provide you with templates and form letters/emails that you could use to help get sponsors and promote the fundraiser. Here are some examples of ways to raise money at a casino party:
- Charge guests an entry to the casino party ($50 – $200 per person depending on what else you are providing at the event in terms of food, drinks, and other entertainment)
- Secure sponsors for each casino table and place their logo on the table up to four ($1500 per table)
- Have 1-3 “title sponsors” for the event whose logo gets put on all marketing materials ($250 – $2,000 each)
- Have a “VIP” section with 2-3 tables for guests that pay an extra fee to have a reserved seat ($50-$100 per seat)
- Allow guests to buy more raffle tickets & include chips at no charge ($20 per raffle ticket)
- Conduct a silent auction during the casino party with donated items from local/regional businesses (profit of $50-$500 per item depending on the value)

DJs & MCs
If you want to add some music as another form of entertainment during your casino party you can check out all of our DJ packages. We have a variety of options to choose from to fit in your budget. All of our DJs are open-format meaning they can play any type of music, read your crowd, and get everyone on the dance floor.
Giant 65" TVs
We can add giant flat screen 65" TVs. You can put up sponsor logos, a slideshow, video, or any other type of media you want. We can also make you a high-end custom slideshow. We can also add on Zap Shots where we have a candid photographer take photos during the event and we'll put them up on the TVs throughout the party.
Wireless Uplighting
We can uplight your room and completely transform the look and feel of the venue. You can either choose a static color or we can hook the lights up to a computer and have the lights chase, dim, and flash throughout the party. All of our lights are 100% wireless and battery powered so there are no wires running around the perimeter of the room.
Spark Towers
Spark it up with our amazing cold fountain spark towers. They burn at 60 degrees so you don't need to worry about anything catching fire. There is no smoke or other residue created. Perfectly safe indoors and won't set off any alarms. It's so cold that you can put your hand right on top of it. These are great for introductions, first dances, or just for an extra "wow" factor.
CO2 Cannons
CO2 cannons are another cool effect you can add to your party. CO2 is completely safe, dissipates quickly, and won't set off smoke alarms. We can bring in up to 10 CO2 cannons for your event to set off during key moments. This comes with enough CO2 to do 20 seconds worth of bursts for each cannon (that is about 4-6 bursts throughout the course of a party).
Photobooth & Green Screen Photos
Add a photobooth to your party some extra fun and engagement with your guests. You get unlimited photos, your choice of backdrops, a full selection of props, and an attendant. Every guest gets a printed copy of their photo and we give you a digital copy of every photo taken. If there is WiFi at the venue that we can connect to guests can also text or e-mail themselves a copy of their photo straight from the booth. Also ask us about green screen photos to do photo fantasy or a virtual step and repeat!
Lighted Gobos & Monograms
