In addition to our other service lines we can also provide you the vast majority of your event rental needs including tents, tables, chairs, linens, napkins, chafing dishes, dance floors, generators, and more.
Since we’re not a typical rental company we can also set up your event rentals as well. We’re happy to take care of everything end-to-end so that it’s one less thing for you to worry about.
If necessary we will conduct a site visit with you to make sure that any tents you are putting up will fit with enough space (accounting for stakes and weights). Check out all of our event rentals below.

Event Rental Services
Frame Tents
Frame tents are great because there are no poles obstructing the inside of the tent. It's completely open inside. We have 10', 20', and 30' widths available (lengths up to 60 feet). Side walls (with or without windows) are available for all tents.
Pole Tents
Pole tents can really be as large as you want to accommodate as many guests as you need. Pole tents also have the iconic "peaks." Pole tents are available in widths of 10', 20', 30', 40', 50', and 60' (lengths up to 200' or more). Side walls (with or without windows) are available for all tents.
6' or 8' Banquet Tables
Banquet tables have folding legs with a wood surface. 6' table seats 6-8 people and is 6'L x 30"H x 30"W. 8' table seats 8-10 people and is 8'L x 30"H x 30"W. Can also be covered in a spandex linen and uplighted in any color.
60" or 72" Round Tables
60" or 72" round tables with a wood surface. 60" (5 foot) table can seat 8 to 10 people. 72" (6 foot) table can seat 10 to 12 people. Can also be covered in a spandex linen and uplighted in any color.
Serpentine Tables
46" inner curve, 80" outer curve. Can be used for food, displays, or put multiple together to create curved tables and patterns.
36" Highboy and Lowboy Tables
36" Round, 40" tall (high boy) or 30" tall (low boy). Can also be covered in a spandex linen and uplighted in any color.
White Samsonsite Folding Chairs
Our standard plastic folding chair with a metal frame. Chairs are stackable when folded. Weight limit is 225lbs.
White Padded Folding Chair
White resin style folding chair with built-in padded seat. Chairs are stackable when folded. Weight limit is 500lbs.
Chafing Dishes
We have a variety of stainless chafing dishes available (rectangular, roll-top, round, etc).
Dance Floors
Dance floors available in all sizes for any venue. We'll deliver and set it up.
Generators
We have a variety of generators in various sizes if you need electricity at your location
Delivery & Setup
In addition to our standard curbside delivery, we're happy to deliver to any location at your venue, setup the tables/chairs, etc.
